The band under the bust is where the support sits, not the back panel. It's built for low and moderate impact — yoga, Pilates, weights and conditioning. For running or jumping as your main session, most women prefer The CurveHug Sports Bra underneath or instead.
The leg is cut wide and finished with a raw-edge band rather than elastic, which is what usually causes riding. They sit at mid-thigh and stay there — that's the most common thing reviewers mention.
Take the larger. The set runs XS to L and is cut close by design; the larger size keeps the close fit without the compression becoming the thing you notice.
