Return & Refund Policy

If a piece isn't right, here's exactly how a return works and what it costs you. Read this before you order rather than after.

Return Window

Changed your mind? Tell us within 7 days of your order arriving, and you then have 14 days to send the piece back.

If your order was delivered in the EU or the UK, you have 14 days from delivery to tell us instead — that's your statutory right and it applies whatever this page says. The rest of this policy works the same way for you.

We ask for 7 days because our stock ships direct from a supplier whose own return window is short. A request that reaches us later than that can usually still be settled, but the options narrow.

Changed Your Mind

Try it on — that's expected, and it doesn't affect your refund. Please don't wear it out, wash it, or remove the hygiene liner on anything intimate.

If a piece comes back showing more than a try-on's worth of wear, we may reduce your refund to reflect the drop in value rather than refuse it outright.

There are two ways to settle a change of mind, and you choose which.

FULL REFUND — SEND IT BACK. You get back everything you paid for the piece. Our stock ships direct from our supplier, so returns go to their overseas warehouse rather than to us; we'll give you the address when you get in touch. Return postage is arranged and paid for by you, and on lower-priced pieces it can be a significant share of what you paid — which is why we tell you here rather than after you've posted it.

PARTIAL REFUND — KEEP THE PIECE. If you'd rather not pay to post something back, tell us and we may instead offer you a partial refund while you keep it. We quote the amount for your specific order once we've looked at it, and it is an offer rather than something you can insist on — we may say no. Nothing obliges you to take it: the full refund above stays open either way.

We'd rather you contacted us first so we can give you the right address, but you don't need our permission to exercise a legal right of cancellation.

How to Start a Return

The quickest way is the form at loveyourcurve.store/start-return — it asks for everything we need in one go, so our first reply can be the answer rather than more questions.

You can also just email loveyourcurves.info@gmail.com with your order number and what's wrong. Either way we reply within 1–2 business days and tell you exactly what to do next.

You can use these words if you'd like: “I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract of sale for the following goods: [item], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name, address, date.” Any clear statement will do — this form is offered for convenience, not required.

Refunds

We'll refund within 14 days of you telling us you're cancelling. We may wait until the piece reaches us, or until you show us proof you've sent it — whichever comes first.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days longer to show it.

Return postage isn't reimbursed. We don't refund the original outbound shipping either — except in the EU and UK, where we'll refund the standard delivery charge you paid, as the law requires. If you chose an upgraded delivery option, we refund the standard rate rather than the premium.

If you accept a partial refund and keep the piece, we pay it within 5 business days of you accepting — there's nothing to wait for in the post. Accepting it settles that item; you can't then also return it for the balance.

Damaged, Faulty or Wrong Items

This is different from changing your mind, and it costs you nothing.

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or simply isn't what you ordered, email loveyourcurves.info@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We'll refund or replace it at no cost to you, and in most cases you won't need to send it back.

This isn't limited to the 7-day window above, which covers changing your mind and nothing else. In the UK you have 30 days from delivery to reject faulty goods for a full refund, and longer for a repair or replacement. In the EU the legal guarantee runs for two years from delivery. Those rights apply whatever this page says.

Exchanges

We don't swap items directly. If the size or shade isn't right, return it under the terms above and order the one you want whenever it suits.

Non-Returnable

Gift cards can't be returned.

Outside the EU and UK, items bought as final sale can't be returned on a change of mind. In the EU and UK, discounted and sale items keep the full cancellation right — a lower price doesn't remove it.

Sealed items sold for hygiene reasons can't be returned once the seal or liner is removed.

European Union & United Kingdom

If your order is shipped into the EU or the UK you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without giving one. Our general 7-day window does NOT apply to you — 14 days does, and we won't turn you away on day 8.

You have 14 days from telling us to send the goods back, and you bear the cost of returning them — which is why we set it out plainly above rather than at the point you ask.

The partial-refund-and-keep-it option above is an alternative we may offer for convenience. It is not a substitute for your right to cancel, and taking it is entirely your choice — if you want the full refund, return the piece and you get the full refund. We can't require you to accept a partial one.

Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights. Where anything here conflicts with them, your statutory rights win.
