They run a little small. If you're between sizes, or you're used to a relaxed fit, take the larger of the two — that's the most common piece of feedback on this cut. Measurements for every size are in the size guide.
No. They're cut to wear over your own base layer, which most people prefer for hygiene and for controlling the fit themselves.
3–4 inches depending on size — mid-thigh. Long enough for burpees and box jumps, short enough for a full stride.
The knit is designed to be opaque, and it holds in the darker shades. Very light colours over a strong contrast can show a little at full stretch, as most light activewear does — if that matters to you, the deeper shades are the safer pick.
Cold machine wash with like colours, lay flat to dry. No fabric softener — it coats the fibres and kills the stretch recovery over time.
