It sits just above the high-rise waistband, so there's no skin gap when you reach overhead — the two pieces are cut to meet.
The knit is dense rather than thin, so it holds its coverage as it stretches. Very light shades over a strong contrast can show a little at full stretch, as most light activewear does — the deeper shades are the safer pick if that matters to you.
Machine wash cold with like colours and lay flat to dry. Skip fabric softener and the dryer and the knit keeps its stretch.
