2. We reply within 1–2 business days. If it's damaged, faulty or the wrong item, that reply usually settles it — no need to post anything back.
3. Changed your mind and want the full refund? That reply gives you the supplier's return address and what the postage is likely to cost, so you can decide before spending anything. There's no prepaid label and the postage is yours. Once it's on its way, send us the tracking — we refund within 14 days of you telling us you're cancelling, waiting only for the piece to arrive or for proof you've posted it, whichever comes first.
4. Asked to keep it instead? We look at the order and reply with an amount. If you accept, it's paid within 5 business days and nothing needs posting. If we can't offer one, or you'd rather not take it, the full refund above is still yours.
