After 1–3 business days of processing: 7–15 business days to Canada and 10–20 to the United States. Our pieces ship from our suppliers' facilities overseas, which is why it's weeks rather than days. Tracking is emailed the moment it leaves.

No — we don't swap items directly. If the size or shade is wrong we refund you, and you order the one you want whenever it suits. It's one step more than an exchange, and it means you're not waiting on two parcels.

The garment's, lying relaxed, as measured by the manufacturer. They read much smaller than the body they fit because the knit stretches — so don't compare them directly against your own waist and hips. If you want a steer, go by the garment measurements against a piece you already own and like the fit of.
